Mix together and simmer until tender
- 4 potatoes, peeled cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 4 cubes chicken boullion
- 1 Tablespoon parsely
- 5 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground pepper
Mix Dough until uniform, roll into fat snakes and cut off small pieces into soup.
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
Add
- 12 oz evaporated milk just before serving
10 1 cup servings - 226 calories, 9 g fat, 3 g fiber - 5 points
