Knelfa Soup

Ingredients and Instructions:
Mix together and simmer until tender

  • 4 potatoes, peeled cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 4 cubes chicken boullion
  • 1 Tablespoon parsely
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

Mix Dough until uniform, roll into fat snakes and cut off small pieces into soup.

  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk

Add

  • 12 oz evaporated milk just before serving
10 1 cup servings - 226 calories, 9 g fat, 3 g fiber - 5 points
